About & leadership

A founding chapter, deliberately built.

Laboratory Alliances begins with Mountain West Laboratory Alliance, its founding chapter, and a simple charter: convene the region's laboratory leaders, share what works, and speak with a clearer collective voice.

Where we are today

Forming, in the open.

The Mountain West chapter is in its founding phase. We are gathering interest from laboratory directors, managers, medical and scientific leaders, and the organizations that support them.

There is no published member list yet, and we won't imply one. As founding members join and consent to being named, this site will reflect it.

Founder & Head, Mountain West Laboratory Alliance

Pamela founded the Mountain West chapter and leads its formation — setting the charter, convening the first roundtables, and building partnerships that serve laboratory leaders across the region.

Her advisory work with laboratories is described on her own website, where you can learn more about her background and practice.

Principles

How the alliance works.

Independence
The alliance serves its members first. Sponsors support the work; they do not set the agenda.
Discretion
Roundtables are held under a confidentiality norm so leaders can speak plainly.
Regional relevance
Mountain West laboratories face distinct geography, staffing and access realities. We start there.
Honesty
We publish only what is true: no inflated membership counts, no implied endorsements, no announced events before they are set.
