Privacy notice.

What we collect. What you type into our forms: name, email, organization, role, state, your interests and your message, together with privacy consent, submission time, source page and follow-up status. To limit spam we store a one-way hash of your connection address, not the address itself.

How it's used. To respond to you and to plan chapter activities. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with sponsors or partners.

Where it's kept. In a private database available to authorized administrators of this website. It is not publicly readable.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, contact us.
